Our ALL-STAR Select coffees are rare, limited release coffees. These exceptional microlots have exotic natural flavors and complexity. These selections are for the home connoisseurs and by far the best brew methods are pour overs to enjoy by the cup with no additives. Our ALL-STAR coffees are fruit-forward, naturally sweet offerings. They rotate regularly because rarities like these seasonal lots don’t last long!
Our first ALL-STAR is Costa Rica Natural from the renowned Las Lajas farm in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. The small lot was processed using the “Natural” method, meaning the coffee seeds dried in cherry after picking for an extended period before processing. This creates extra fruity, complex flavors. This is a delicious cup, expertly roasted in tiny batches
