MEDIUM ROAST | Dark Chocolate | Brown Sugar | Dried Fruit

One of our favorite everyday drinking coffees and the coffee served at most of our cafe & high end restaurant partners because it's so versatile. We love its chocolate & brown sugar tones - it often tastes like graham cracker to us. Pairs well with milk additives as needed and we know many people like it in French Press. It's delicious using any brew method including espresso and iced. If you like our Magnolia, Lila's Rain and Josh Daniel's Grateful Blends - this is a special component in them all. Enjoy.

Region: Simbu Province, Chuave District

Varietal: Bourbon & Typica
Elevation: 1500-1850m
Process: Washed

Papua New Guinea Kongo comes entirely from smallholder farms in the Simbu Region of the heart of the highlands. This is some of the best coffee available from Papua New Guinea because coffee is the most important cash crop to the majority of the Simbu people, and they have focused on producing very high quality through excellent practices at every stage of the growing and preparation process.

Never Buying Supermarket Coffee Again

My wife and I were completely shocked at how good this coffee was. We will never go back to buy coffee at the Supermarket again.

Fantastic, fresh roasted coffee that’s sourced from some of the best places on the globe for coffee. Enjoying every wonderful sip while we shop local!

This has such a unique flavor from the typical espresso bean I'm usually familiar with. All my guests always ask me what type of coffee am I using. And it's 9/10 this in my grinder. Worth a try!

Consistently good coffee across all the varieties I've tried. You can easily find cheaper coffee but finding better coffee is a lot more difficult. Money well spent.
