DARKER ROAST | Smooth | Dark chocolate | Decadent

Our decadent dark roast. This is a French Roast level for those looking for full body & roasty notes. Velvety & rich without the bitterness of over roasted darker coffees. We pair Papua New Guinea Kongo with a touch of Colombia for a dark roast to rave about.

Yummy Yummy Real Great Coffee in my Tummy

This dark blend matches its description exactly. Lush chocolatey, rich flavors that last. Some coffees fade after the initial burst of flavor, this one lingers. Very yummy blend. I do a pour through with a mid-range espresso grind.

Delicious dark roast, great for espresso

I'm not usually a dark roast fan but this one is smooth and delicious. I love it as espresso also

Cashmere is the best

My wife and I live a strong cup of coffee and Cashmere hits on all points. Excellent both hot and brewed ahead for iced coffee season. Never going back to crap coffee!

Dark richness in the cup.

This luxurious coffee satisfied a hardcore "darker is better" coffee fan. Made an excellent gift. Highly recommend.

Excellent for purpose.

On the one hand drinking this coffee black, although it's very smooth with no objectional characteristics, reminds me why I prefer lighter roasts. Much I enjoy in a coffee is missing or muted by the roast level here. But it proved perfect for the use I intended: Iced coffee with milk and sugar. The sugar just melts into this, and the coffee's chocolate pops out almost like I'd added some syrup. BONUS: I now have something to serve dark roast lovers.
