Recommended brew ratio:
We recommend a 1:16 ratio coffee to water for drip and 1:2 ratio for espresso.

Consistent and flexible

What has always stood out for me, with Magnolia blend, is the consistency from order to order. Also , Many coffees are one trick ponies. You find one distinct set of parameters in which they do their best. Over the past years, Magnolia Blend has not only been consistent from batch to batch, but as ristretto it sweetens up and when pulled as a normale it moves into the dark chocolate realm and makes for great cappuccinos

I sent a 2 lb bag of the Magnolia blend to a friend for her birthday along with two smaller bags of different kinds. I had previously sent you her the Valentines box trio, and the Magnolia blend was her favorite. She was so so happy to receive more of this wonderful coffee!
