MEDIUM ROAST | Cane sugar | Sweet Apple | Light Chocolate
Lots of great coffees come from the Huila growing region in Colombia and this was our favorite selection for a medium-light roast highlighting natural flavors of cane sugar & sweet apple with a nice light chocolaty finish. This fully washed lot has complexity worthy for highlighting the nuances using pourover methods, but also makes a great daily cup of drip.

I don’t get much chocolate, but the apple flavor is crisp and nice.
This coffee is great tasting, I recommend it, especially if you like dark roast.

A lighter roast, with slight apple sweetness and hints of chocolate. So GOOD
