Obese has been distinguishing himself by keeping his small lots separate at washing stations and overseeing the entire process including at the best stations. His anaerobic natural processed lot shines with wonderful fruit complexity. This is a very small lot that will sell out quickly, so for those of you who love natural processed Ethiopian's and want to experience something rare and different - grab some while it lasts!

Kefyalew Obese is a 4th generation farm producer who inherited his 6 hectare family farm in 2008 and since then has perfected his processing technique for producing complex, fruit forward microlots. This special coffee should be enjoyed pure with no additives to enjoy it's natural sweetness.
