Located in the picturesque region of San Lucas Toliman near Lake Atitlan, the farm is now in its third generation of careful stewardship under Javier Torrebiarte. Javier, armed with degrees in agricultural business and technology, applies his expertise to every aspect of production. The farm's commitment to quality is evident in their meticulous processing methods, including recently implemented sorting techniques in the wet mill. Moreover, their dedication extends beyond the cup – Finca Santo Tomas Perdido produces its own hydroelectric power, showcasing a commendable commitment to sustainability.
