This is a really tasty washed process coffee. Our lighter/medium roast highlights the natural flavor tones of cane sugar and toffee, with distinct nuances of stone fruits including peach and plum.
Producer Nancy Hernandez has helped her family grow, pick and process coffee since she was eight years old. She had no idea how much time and dedication went into coffee production. She quickly learned how important it is to surround yourself with hardworking individuals who focus on improving quality and maintaining consistency, year after year. In the past few years, women have advanced in Honduras and have proven how important they are in the coffee growing world. Nancy decided to expand her family’s coffee business and ultimately opened up her own cafe. She has now become a professional cupper, barista and roaster.
