We love this easy drinking but complex coffee with very unique characteristics for this growing region. Molasses and sweet chocolate/ tootsie roll-like tones are noticeable in aroma and cup. Coupled with subtle stone fruit undertones, this is a really nice coffee for your regular daily home drip - but complex enough for pourovers.

The Timuza Coffee Cooperative is made up of small-holder farmers of the Kamano tribal group. Average farm size is 1.4 hectares per family. Farmers receive training and assistance in financial management, gender equality, and standards for processing high quality ripe cherries.
