MEDIUM ROAST | Baker's Chocolate | Brown Sugar | Molasses
We sourced our first coffee from Java in years because unlike many coffees from Indonesia, the lots from the Jampit Estate are fully washed so they don't have the earthy flavors many people don't like about Indonesian coffees. This is a really nice, easy-drinking smooth coffee. We think for chilly Fall & Winter days because of it's hints of spice and natural flavor tones of brown sugar and molasses. Pairs well with cream if ya need.
